In response to request that we have received from companies that we have worked with in a recruiting aspect and also the many retailers that we have assisted with their new store openings, we are introducing a "Virtual Assistant" program.What is a Virtual Assistant ??It is an assistant that can function in almost any capacity within your organization. Since our staff represents a skill set of administration, human resources, event planning, data processing, recruiting, operations and professional sales training, the sky is the limit with different task and assignments that we can assist you with when you need a helping hand. From time to time each company has extra work available that they may not necessary want to hire a permanent employee for. How does it work? After you review and sign our Virtual Assistant Agreement, we are ready to take your assignment. You can either give us an assignment to be complete in however many hours that it requires or you can give us an hour allotment with the assignment that you want worked on during the requested hour count. We will send an invoice for billed hours on a bi-weekly basis.You will receive an email confirming the requested assignment and an approximate completion date. You will receive an email report and follow-up of all work that is completed. How does the billing process work? To make sure that you get credit for each and every minute that we bill to your company, we use a timer once we start working on your assignment. Once the timer starts, the assistant does not apply attention to anything else but your project. That includes not accepting any phone calls or checking/responding to emails. We are 100% focused on your project during each hour that is billed to your company. We bill in 15 minute increments.How do I get started?Call or email us and we will set you up an account.
