Full Cycle Executive Recruiting We perform the search for your candidate based on your specifications. We present your company to qualified candidates in an open or "quiet" manner. We then present each candidate to you for consideration. Should you choose to move forward in the process, we will then schedule phone screens, interviews, travel arrangements, etc.. and conduct all candidate follow up and preparation. If a candidate does not meet with your standards, we will professionally close them out leaving the best possible impression for both of our companies. Should you hire one of our candidates, we will follow up with them for 90 days to ensure a happy and easy transition. Should a placed candidate not complete 90 days of employment with your organization, we will replace that candidate at no charge. Flat Fee Recruiting Unconditionally guaranteed identification and presentation of a minimum of (5) completely qualified and interested candidates for a single, flat fee. And whether you hire one or all of the candidates presented, our fee remains the same Example: We identify a minimum of five (5) Store Manager candidates for a specific area/city of your choice. We guarantee that each individual presented will meet your specific requirements including type of experience, years of experience, and current position. We guarantee that each candidate, having been provided full knowledge of the subject position's responsibilities, reporting relationship, and geographic location, will be seriously interested in pursuing your opportunity. Once we present you with the five candidates, the rest is up to you. You may hire one or all of the candidates and our fee will stay the same.
